Customer satisfaction is the main goal of our optimisation program. In these days, divers have a wide range of dive destinations to choose from. Repeating customers are the most effective way of doing business. No need for expensive advertising - they will even tell friends and relatives to visit your dive center.

Lets start today ... increase turn over by running a prefect dive operation.

We were the SECOND time in Egypt for diving and again in the XY Dive Center, which was led superbly by TOM + ALEX. In October were already there and had made our OWD and were already very impressed with the care and precision as they have taken the dive and managed the center. Safety and discipline is paramount, even if it was some supposedly 'experienced divers about 1000 Tg' is not right and too complicated. Diving is a TEAM sport .... I've just learned it and it's super super nice. Due to the "dive virus", we have made in the 14 days holiday 26 dives. We have expanded our training and did the advanced diver cours. Every single dive was super organized. 
The boat trips are always well organized, this time it went in the opposite direction to pass Dahab (Ras Abu Galoum). Luckily, Tom convinced the skipper to go to  another dive site at the request of diving guests, it was a very turbulent one way of high waves (now we know why he did not want to go in this direction) but it has to be paid. Beautiful coral garden and we were the only ones there. 'Super Corsair' Otherwise, we headed to Gabr el Bint twice and each time it was super nice. Food tastes great and the onboard crew is trying to help you out of the equipment. Also the boat is well maintained and clean.
The diving center: Know the dive only under the guidance of Tom and Alex, and on the other hand, there is nothing to complain about at all, always clean, the equipment designed in the best condition, the diving well, very good organization. I think I can judge this very well, because I myself am self-employed. Basically, the philosophy of Tom + Alex is a good thing otherwise we would not be decided in October for this dive.
We have also been praised at home again and it was frequently in demand where we could have done our training because we stood out with our knowledge. THANKS to TOM Heigl, who takes his job very seriously as a diving instructor.
Alex had once again the office perfectly under control, was always there for questions and suggestions from the divers to the site. She did a great job to handle carefully some divers, that. had bad experiences with an other diving center in the area and was able to miraculously win their confidence. Also absolute beginners are in good hands with her. Experienced divers can really consider this organization a very safe one. Now they are unfortunately dragged on and we wish them the very best.
Surely visit them - where ever they may go!

.....We come to the absolute highlight of the Dive Center - the staff!. Especially Tom(Thomas) and his wife Alex (Alexandra). This is something I've never seen ... I've contacted them in advance of the holiday via email. The conversation was always nice and friendly. Then the big surprise up on arrival! The two are also a great host! Guests are greeted like an old friend and warmly welcomed! Everyone who comes to them (even without advance email contact) is welcomed with open arms. Like a big family you sit together and relax after dives, laughs a lot and feels completely at home. You are here a customer but also and friend. In terms of training, I was able to experience live like Tom has trained a diver with 180 dives to Rescue Diver. Gee! The training was carried out exclusively in English
It was organized absolutely perfect,super thorough but relaxed with lots of laughs! "New Rescue Diver" David P. could  really not have found a  better teacher!  "Oh myGod! Look over there! "" 
Oneonethousand twoonethousand, ... "... I cant remember, when i had so much fun during a dive vacation! perfect! Conclusion: Who is trained by Tom and Alex can get an dive education at its best! The rest of the team, the guides  is also flawless. Briefings runoff calmly and objectively, the dives are characterized by peace and security. The two have a very, very good eye, not only for the underwater world and the environment, no, they convey not so "experienced divers and divers' (do not worry Sunny, I tell no name) feel to not be alone .... I will come back for sure! ...

We were 1-15. April 2011 at the XYW Dive Center in Egypt.
The Dive Center is located on the beautifull directly in front of the hotel.

informed the dive. Due to the very positve reviews my expectations were accordingly. First of all: my expectations were exceeded several times, I have never felt so comfortable in a dive center! (This was my 17th holiday in Egypt.) Alex and Tom, the base leader, with heart and soul into it, professionalism and sincerity are not empty words to you. The welfare of the guests will pay you in the foreground. They have an open ear for everything. Safety is paramount, but the fun is not too short. Also our dive guide is a great guy, without him we would have missed some snail. His personable manner and professionalism will be missed.
The diving center:
Small but perfectly formed, one can aptly describe it.
The equipment is very well maintained, top organization, everything is clean and maintained, balanced diving program, training with PADI or SSI.

'The Miracle made by Alex':
For 10 years I've been trying to persuade my wife to dive. Thanks to the positive impression of the dive center, and the sympathy of Alex and Tom, she decided, to my great astonishment to a trial dive. Tom has done it, that she then decided spontaneous and full of enthusiasm for the OWD course. Thanks to its professional and empathetic way she finished with very good results!
To note is that the dive training with Alex and Tom needs not to fear comparison with the Swiss-level of dive education (subex)

We came as strangers and left as friends:
Alex and Tom in the XYW Dive Center are our number 1! Our promise: You'll never get rid of us! We'll meet again!
If we would have to rate the dive center and the management we would give 11 points (if absolutely perfect is 10points)
